Bike Tracks Privacy Policy

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Core Coders Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Bike Tracks mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Bike Tracks, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Core Coders Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Bike Tracks on devices that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscription Services

Certain features of Bike Tracks may require a paid subscription, including but not limited to offline maps and premium functionality.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require the creation of an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.

4. Ride Data and Content

Bike Tracks may collect, store, and process ride-related information including but not limited to:

  • GPS locations
  • Routes and tracks
  • Distance and duration data
  • Elevation information
  • Performance statistics

You retain ownership of your ride data.

By using the App, you grant Core Coders Ltd permission to store, process, synchronize, and display your ride data for the purpose of providing Bike Tracks services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or services associated with the App.

6. Safety Disclaimer

Cycling involves inherent risks.

Bike Tracks is provided as an informational and recreational tool only. GPS accuracy, map data, route information, weather conditions, terrain information, and other data may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your safety while cycling.
  • Following all local laws and regulations.
  • Exercising reasonable judgment while using the App.

Do not operate or interact with the App in a manner that distracts you from safe cycling.

Core Coders Ltd shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from the use of the App.

7. Health and Fitness Information

Any fitness, performance, or activity information provided by Bike Tracks is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding health or fitness concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

Bike Tracks, including all software, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, content, and associated intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Core Coders Ltd and its licensors.

This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Updates and Changes

We may release updates, enhancements, bug fixes, or modifications to the App at any time.

Certain features may change, be discontinued, or become subject to subscription requirements without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use or provide access to third-party services including mapping providers, analytics services, cloud storage providers, and payment processors.

Your use of such services may be subject to separate third-party terms and conditions.

Core Coders Ltd is not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Privacy

Your use of Bike Tracks is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information and ride data are collected, used, and protected.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Coders Ltd disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of information

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Coders Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the App
  • Inability to use the App
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Errors or inaccuracies

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App or subscription services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement shall immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded Bike Tracks from Apple's App Store:

  • This Agreement is between you and Core Coders Ltd, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
  • Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Core Coders Ltd regarding Bike Tracks and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the App.
